Kathy Turner:

Kathy worked part-time with Paul when he was still just a one-man operation from August 1999 to August 2000. She helped organize Paul and brought him into the computer age. In August of 2000, she made the decision to work full-time for the Western Placer School District as a librarian and to concentrate on finishing her AA degree in Computer Applications. This she accomplished, graduating with honors in May of 2003. Kathy re-joined the Placer West Insurance Services, Inc. staff in June 2003. After just a few short months Kathy knew this was a great place to grow professionally and use her terrific computer knowledge and people skills. She attended American Training Center and received her Property and Casualty Insurance License in August of that year. Kathy has loved the challenge of starting a new career and appreciates the opportunity Placer West Insurance has given her. In fact, in the Fall of 2005 Kathy passed the test and received her Life Agent License, becoming a qualified backup for Patty.

As Placer West's Customer Service Representative for Auto, Home, and other property, she is kept busy assisting clients and agents with establishing and maintaining Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, and Renters policies; renewing and servicing Auto, Boat, Motorcycle and other vehicle policies. She is very excited about newest product around - Wedding Insurance.

Kathy moved to Lincoln in 1982. She wanted to raise her family in a small, quiet community – which Lincoln was back then! She helped guide her children in growing into responsible young adults. Kathy also helped in the growth of Lincoln, not only by adding 6 kids to the population, but also by volunteering in Boy Scout Troops; Parent/Teacher Associations, School Leadership Teams, and serving on a District/City sponsored committee called "Project Build." Though raised in Carmichael and Rancho Cordova, Kathy is proud to call Lincoln home for almost 25 years. Her family and her computer, as well as reading, sewing and church service, fill up Kathy’s free time, though the mostly she spends time on the phone with her 2 adorable grandchildren, Phillip and Brittney..
